- UGB offers a unique “Gramin Pay order(GPO)” scheme for its customers to remit their funds throughout India The GPO’s are payable at any branch of the State Bank of India.
- UGB also offers cheque/draft collection facility to its customers.
- Locker facility at select branches is also available.
- All loans under various government sponsored schemes are also financed by UGB.
- UGB also issues bank guarantee.
- The Reserve Bank of India has also permitted UGB to open NRE/FCNR accounts.
- UGB has obtained the corporate agency of SBI Life Insurance Company Limited for marketing of thye life insurance products.
- General insurance products of National Insurance Company Limited are also available at UGB branches. Thus a customer can have banking as well as Insurance products under a single roof.
- Mutual fund products of SBI Mutual Fund are also available with UGB branches.
